The artist owners would like to share their lovely Merida retreat with you! Since they don’t live in Merida full time, they are opening their doors to you, including the use of their studio space! The house has been newly remodeled and updated. Everything is new and in perfect order. There is a large garden with a pool, wonderful shade trees and outdoor space for dining or painting. The art studio is at the front of the house along with a large bedroom with a generous en suite. Through the shaded courtyard you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen…an open concept space. These rooms face the garden and pool and all are air conditioned for your comfort. There is also a half bath off the living room with a washer/dryer.
Located between the Paseo de Montejo and Santa Ana, you will find shopping, museums, restaurants and galleries within a short walk. The owners do require a minimum one month stay or up to several months. Feed your inner artist or just enjoy the large shaded garden. Owners use the home during the winter months.
