Merida Rental ServiceWe pride ourselves on the quality of the homes we offer for rent. In order to guarantee the quality of our rentals, we are involved with all aspects of renting the home. We first go through the home with the owner to check that it is well equipped with good quality linens and kitchen items as well as the “extras” that help to set our homes apart from the crowd.

We make sure that everything in the home is working properly and in good condition. We help with setting prices, advertising on a variety of websites, renter communication, writing rental agreements, etc.

Once the renter has arrived, we provide the best possible service 24/7. We meet all guests, who can give us their arrival time, at the home for a personal walk through and to answer their questions. For guests who can’t provide an arrival time or arrive after 11pm, we give immediate access by use of a lock box but then return the following morning to say hello and answer questions.

Guests arrive to a welcome basket of coffee, creamer, sugar, chocolate, cheese, crackers, wine and seasonal goodies. They will also find a house manual on hand to answer most commonly asked questions. Our contact info, as well as after-hours emergency contact info is also included.
