The living room offers comfortable seating and lounging, a great sized TV. and direct access to the pool and garden. The bedrooms are large with comfy new bedding and fully modern bathrooms. The kitchen has a double sink, fresh water tap at the sink, full sized stove and oven and access to the terrace and pool. There is even a laundry room off the pool area. Oh, and did I mention this one even has a garage? Yes, you have your own garage with automatic door opener.
The location is great too: only 2 blocks to Santa Ana and 3 to the Paseo de Montejo. Near enough to all of the action but not in an area where there are late night restaurants or bars with loud music. Check out our map for the exact location.
